Black Sea Salt
Black Sea Salt is a mined salt that is high in minerals. The coloring of black salt is really a pink to gray color not black as the name states. Black sea salt can be purchased in fine, medium grit or very large coarse grains. All of these salts can be used in bath salt recipes because of their high mineral and nutrient contents but the type of salt you use will depend on if you want to soak or scrub with the salt in your bath waters.
